This document has to be drafted and reviewed by a qualified person before VulkanForge can sell subscriptions. It is intentionally left empty rather than filled with generic text, because unreviewed legal copy is binding on us and misleading to you.

Must cover

• What we collect and why — account identity via Zitadel (EU region), billing data via Stripe
• Named sub-processors (Zitadel, Stripe, the hosting provider) and where data is stored
• Legal basis for each processing purpose under GDPR
• Retention periods, including what happens to account data on deletion
• Data-subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and how to exercise them
• International transfers and the safeguards relied on
• Cookies and any analytics, with a consent mechanism if non-essential ones are used
• A contact point for privacy questions, and a DPO if one is required
