This document has to be drafted and reviewed by a qualified person before VulkanForge can sell subscriptions. It is intentionally left empty rather than filled with generic text, because unreviewed legal copy is binding on us and misleading to you.

Must cover

• Licence grant and its limits — what a subscriber may and may not do with the software
• Subscription term, automatic renewal, and how cancellation affects access
• The 30-day trial: no card taken, no automatic charge, access simply ends
• Acceptable use, and the grounds on which an account may be suspended
• Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability appropriate to engineering software
• Third-party components and their licences (OCCT under LGPL-2.1 among them), including a permission to reverse-engineer the LGPL portions for debugging
• Governing law, jurisdiction, and how changes to the terms are notified
